Artificial intelligence can be a great assistant in running a business. With its help, you can save time, analyze large data sets, and delegate routine tasks. In this article, I provide six practical ideas on how you can implement neural networks into your business today. I also discuss the peculiarities of neural networks and the precautions to take when working with them.

How Neural Networks Work

The first thing to understand is that many neural networks function as a large language model. They all operate on the same principle: when you pose a question, the answer is generated based on previously learned information from various sources. From all available options, the most statistically viable one that fits your situation is presented. That is, an answer is provided that aligns most closely with your expectations.

It’s important to understand: neural networks can’t generate new ideas and they have average expertise in most areas.

Nevertheless, there are several practical ways to utilize AI for business. Based on my company’s experience, there might be nine.

Method 1: Scriptwriting

To obtain a good script, you need to:

1. Determine the topic.

2. Dictate an explanation in the form of a voice message. Convey the idea you want to communicate. For instance, if you require a script for Reels between 70–100 words, spend a few minutes to convey the meaning in an audio message.

3. Upload this message to Google’s neural network. From my perspective, this neural network excels at voice recognition.

4. Your words are transformed into text, and you can then request a script based on them. This way, you’ll get a better-quality result.

5. You can further refine the material using ChatGPT.

I need scripts for public speaking, podcasts, broadcasts, and YouTube videos. Neural networks excel at this task, helping to create unique and engaging content. However, writing expert content poses a challenge. If you’re a specialist in a particular field, you’ll notice this right away. ChatGPT can make many mistakes when drafting texts on specialized topics. While the finished article may look presentable, the essence remains unchanged: you’ll likely spot inaccuracies. It’s probably best to draft a general outline and fill in the content yourself, drawing from your experience and expertise.

Method 2: Creating Presentations

The most common problem when creating presentations is a poorly structured plan. Neural networks excel at this task — they can replace a methodologist and develop the structure. You can request the creation of a presentation for a specific target audience. Specify the topic and key ideas to communicate.

For instance if you need a sales presentation that will lead to submitted requests or other target actions, describe the task in detail and send the message. The neural network will craft the presentation structure for you. You might need to make some adjustments, but most of the work will be done.

I often use AI to create the presentation plan: it helps me to build a general structure of speech and add some relevant illustrations. Presentations look great at the end, so I can use them during company meetings and online master classes.

Be cautious

ChatGPT, like other neural networks, was designed for a wide audience. It has self-censorship mechanisms, so it tries not to give answers that it perceives as harmful. For instance, when I, as a management specialist, ask questions related to employee termination and inquire about the actions to take in a particular situation, ChatGPT avoids radical answers. It will more likely suggest several solutions, none of which will involve firing the employee. From a societal acceptance standpoint, termination is a negative concept, and the neural network will downplay this topic.

Method 3: Training Neural Networks Using Your Materials

Up to this point, I’ve discussed the basic capabilities of artificial intelligence. This method, however, is on a completely different level. The thing is, you can train a neural network using your materials, and it’s not complicated. For example, I have 4 books published, dozens of written articles, and thousands of answers to entrepreneurs’ questions stored in broadcasts and videos. All of this can be uploaded to the neural network to create a personalized dataset for analysis.

Essentially, you’re creating a customized version of ChatGPT trained on your data and integrating it into chats with clients. This enables the neural network to gain expertise in your desired area and continuously improve. I anticipate that within a few months, thousands of virtual experts will emerge, and one of them will be developed by our company. Just imagine how swift and efficient customer interactions will become. One of the challenges in any business is the speed of response. People won’t wait long; they require assistance right now. We’ve become accustomed to high service standards, so I see a huge potential in this domain.

Method 4: Uploading Internal Documentation

Every company has numerous regulations, instructions, and other materials that can sometimes be hard to locate. The solution? Feed all the internal documentation to ChatGPT and use it as a librarian.

This is incredibly valuable because employees won’t have to spend a lot of time searching for the right answer or formulating precise questions: the neural network captures the essence and provides what’s required. For instance, one can ask, «What are our company’s rules regarding client discounts?» and you’ll receive a list with links to the sources. Many companies have the necessary regulations in place, but they’re hard to find. Such an approach speeds up and simplifies the workflow.

Method 5: Voice Generation

We use ElevenLabs to convert any text into audio. First, you need to upload a voice sample — a short, high-quality recording. After that, the neural network automatically creates a voice clone, which can be used for any purpose. Thanks to this, we voice texts in English and other languages — everything works splendidly.

Method 6: Video Generation

In my opinion, this is the most striking application of artificial intelligence at the moment. Services like Colossyan and Heygen can create an avatar for video recordings. That is, using videos you’ve uploaded, they create an imitation of an actual recording. Plug in the necessary text, and your avatar will speak either in Russian or in English. It looks professional and appealing.

These neural networks simplify video content creation for various platforms and in different languages. Combined with ElevenLabs, which I mentioned above, you get a full-fledged live video on any given topic. We distribute these materials across various social networks, attracting an audience interested in business topics.

Conclusion

Neural networks become a great asset for business. Their functions help to save time and effort and automate some routine processes. Considering that all currently available services are already performing well, we can observe their progress and be timely in implementing the tools they offer.

We already have tried many services to determine the best of them and implement the technologies into our company’s daily routine. It undoubtedly leads to a great result, so we will continue to dive deeply into this sphere to simplify and automate as many processes as possible.

For this to benefit a company, employees need to be competent in using neural networks. Yes, artificial intelligence could theoretically replace humans in many areas. However, those who are least adaptive and creative will lose their jobs. Those who can timely transform neural networks from a foe into an ally will only gain. The key is to start applying neural networks before your competitors do.
